Returns & Refund Eligibility
- We accept returns and refunds only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered to you.
- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Perishable items (such as fresh produce) are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Refund Process
- Initiate a Request – Email us at Info@organicsfarm.live within 48 hours of delivery, mentioning your order details and attaching images of the damaged or incorrect product.
- Review & Approval – Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
- Refund or Replacement – If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement as per your preference. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
Non-Refundable Items
- Items that have been used, opened, or not in original condition.
- Products purchased during special sales or promotions.
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the product is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
